Farah Sanjana is pleased to accommodate returns for a change of mind, provided that the request for the return is made within 30 days of receiving the item, and the products are returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Customers must handle return shipping and make their own arrangements. Approved returns will result in store credit for future purchases; you'll receive an email notification. However, shipping fees are non-refundable.

We have no exchange, no refund policy on custom made orders.

Once the product is delivered we will provide one alteration service free of cost within two weeks of the product delivered. We will not be able to provide free alteration services after the two week period, however paid alteration service are an option.
